Sponsor Oak Creek Elementary PTA for the 2024-2025 School Year!

Oak Creek Elementary is a public school in Irvine serving over 1,000 students PK-6th grade. Your sponsorship will support vital student programs and activities not funded by the school district. The PTA hosts many programs throughout the year that our students enjoy, including: Assemblies, Movie Night, Pancake Breakfast, Health Nights, Lunchtime Activities, Talent Show, Spring Fling Carnival, etc. With your support, we can ensure these programs continue throughout the year. 

Why Sponsor?

Your business will benefit with exposure to over 1,000 students and their families, positive brand/company recognition and provide our school with critical support. Read below to learn how this is achieved: 

Gold $1000: Everything included in the Bronze and Silver levels, plus: 

  • Logo and name rotated on school marquee for the month of your choice

  • Big check promotional photo posted on social media

  • Large-sized logo on Jog-A-Thon t-shirt

  • Featured on two social media posts (can choose months)

  • Featured in PTA email for two months (can choose months)

  • Promotional material distributed to each student at the beginning AND middle of the school year

Silver $750: Everything included in the Bronze level, plus:

  • Logo included on school’s sponsorship banner (placed at every PTA event including Pancake Breakfast, Movie Night, Jog-a-Thon, Talent Show and Spring Fling)

  • Medium-sized logo on Jog-A-Thon t-shirt

  • Booth at Spring Fling Carnival (held in the month of May)

  • Featured on one social media post (can choose month)

  • Promotional material distributed to each student during the beginning OR middle of the school year (you choose)

Bronze $500:

  • Logo and website link included on the PTA website 

  • Company name included on school’s sponsorship banner (placed at every PTA event including Pancake Breakfast, Movie Night, Jog-a-Thon, Talent Show and Spring Fling)

  • Featured on one social media post (can choose month)

  • Company name on Jog-A-Thon t-shirt

For Oak Creek Parents: If your own personal business becomes a sponsor or you bring in a sponsor through your own efforts, your family will receive two May 2025 Spring Fling wristbands and 50 Spring Fling raffle tickets

To become a sponsor please email fundraising@oakcreekpta.org by August 1, 2024. Please note, if you want your promotional materials to be distributed at the beginning of the school year, you must commit by August 1st.
